  Don’t go to the Starbucks in DuPont...young girls that run their mouth instead of paying attention to the order. I ordered the egg with bacon that is super delicious, and a drink. I was on on my way to work mind you but I had plenty of time to wait for my order. I got the drink pretty quickly, but after 2 to 3 minutes I still hadn’t got my food. These ladies were so engrossed in their personal conversation , no one noticed that I had not received my food . Finally one of them looked looked up and saw I was still sitting there. She asked with a confused look “oh can I help you” and I said yes I would like my food that I ordered 10 minutes ago. She totally forgot my order then when they made the order which was almost 5 to 8 minutes...they proceeded to give me the order. And they said it was dropped on the floor so they had to make a new one. honestly I think that they actually gave me the food that was dropped on the floor, I was so mad and so angry and now I was going to be late to work. They said it was going in the trash if I didn’t take it. It was cool, not hot; when I got to work, it went in the trash I will never ever go to this Starbucks again. There are plenty other ones in that area that I can coordinate my trip before I will step foot in that facility again!! If I could give them a ZERO rating I would! And finally they are probably the slowest...why because they talk too much about their personal conversations instead of getting the order to the customer. Work ethic...ZERO

  Not sure what it is about Starbucks and me but somehow they always screw me order up. Ordered a Cafe Mocha and told the cashier I wanted to use my reward, scan my app and she used the last $2.68 I had and told me I still owed some. When I told her I asked to use my reward she just looked at me like I’m crazy and she was lost and confused. Someone else fixed it but then the guy making drinks asked if I wanted whip cream and I said yes, then the girl next to him finished it I guess and when I got home I took off the lid and of course no whip cream. This is now the 5th time in a row where my experience at Starbucks has been bad. I usually don’t write reviews but the fact that this has become a reoccurring thing I had to.

  They're pretty fast. Not the fastest, but still fast. And always super nice. It can get chilly in there with all the glass walls and two sets of doors.

  This Starbucks is amazing! Friendly people, it’s very clean, and amazing service. The drive thru tends to get a little backed up in the morning due to military traffic but it’s never a super long wait. I highly recommend this Starbucks.
